Hehe I do. Every Time I have to take LIQUID medicine I start to gag and choke. Why? The nasty taste of it. The worst flavors were the cherry, grape, orange citrus (this one nearly made me throw up) and Mint. The only flavor of medicine that didn't really make me gag was bubble gum flavor.

I didn't know how to swallow medicine (tablets, capsules, etc.) until I was 17. I'm sure some people might laugh. I had a fear that if I swallow something without chewing it first, that I would choke. My mother put the fear of punishment in me. I finally learned how to swallow medicine.

I find that some medicine is still kind of hard to swallow, such as the large capsules and medicine that is not coated.

No, I never had any problems swallowing medicine, since I am so used to it. One of the many benefits of getting older ;) :lol:

Yeah I hate the taste of it and sort of defeats the purpose of them being fruit flavored if they taste sour.

I had trouble swallowing any kind of pill or capsule when I was a kid. I broke them up until I grew out of that phase. Once I was in the hospital and I couldn't swallow a nasty tasty liquid for an x-ray. The nurses flipped out, but the x-ray technician said it wasn't a big deal and gave me a shot through my IV instead.

I hate the taste of cough medicines with the exception of Nyquil which I think tastes good! I also hate the taste of liquid antacids and prefer the chewable pills! Speaking of NyQuil I bought the gel pills one time and they are HUGE, like horse pills, they are the only pills I had trouble swallowing, so I stick with liquid Nyquil !!

When I was a kid I had trouble swallowing pills. But now give me a glass of water and I can take 2 or 3 at a time without any trouble.

i don't have problems, i have problems taking liquid medians!! i can;t stand liquid medicine!! i do like taking pills better!! some times i can swallow 3 to 5 pills at the same time!! i took pill all my life ever since i was an kid!!

I don't have problems with swallowing medicine in liquid or solid form.
