I sure hope my old body can adjust quickly, otherwise,, it will wake me up between 4 and 5AM :eek: instead of between 5 and 6AM (which is still way too early):lol:

Quite so! It gets dark around 5 or so here when we're in the "fall back" time.

We Europeans had that pleasure last week. Could anyone with a scientific bent please justify this practice when there are only so many hours of daylight..
