As a kid, was anyone else frightened to death after seeing Punky open the door to find her friend frozen stiff?!! That still frightens me to this day!!! Seriously!!!:eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek:

I don't know if I've said this before, but Punky Brewster for a kids show, was very dark. The whole depressing premise aside - nearly every episode had a traumatic storyline. The Challenger explosion, Cherie almost dying in the fridge, a murderer on the loose, Punky and friends get lost in a cave and almost get killed by monsters and evil spirits...
