will be profiled on the debut of Barbara Walters Presents American Scandal, this Monday night November 2 on the ID channel at 10 p.m., it will include a new interview with John Ramsey. Let's hope this is a more tastefully done newsy program as opposed to a tabloid-ish piece; the 86 year old Walters is held in pretty high regard, so hopefully that means the former is true as opposed to the latter.

My only hope is that someone asks John on record about all the strange coincidences surrounding that night, the search, and then the aftermath.

I get it, when you're under that much scrutiny investigators have a way of finding out all kinds of stuff you wouldn't want other people to know. But in all fairness the house was "checked" top to bottom 2 to 3 times. And she was found in a basement that the housekeeper supposedly didn't know existed? I'm sure there is a logical reason for everything, but the series of events make zero sense.

Also John exclaimed, "Oh, my God," on opening the door, while standing in a spot where he can't have seen anything in the dark room yet...he knew she was there and staged the finding, moving the body, and the rest, to contaminate any evidence. I also go with the theory that the stranger DNA discovered, if not accident, coincidence, etc., was a deliberate plant--not well done enough to show up right away, but enough to muddy up the case eventually. By the way, John always came across very well on camera and I would be all for him except for the mountain of evidence pointing to his involvement in at least the coverup. A lot of other weird coincidences indicate outsiders, but nothing like those implicating the Ramseys!

Saw this last night. Pretty disappointed as no new evidence was brought up and the same solid evidence that's been floating around was briefly discussed. The first 30 minutes was basically a cut and paste of key parts from Walters original interview with Jon and Patsy back in 2000. Jon's segment was basically a 15 minute clip of what Jon was doing currently. I'd avoid this series altogether. It's basically ID's version of VH1's series Behind the Music.

They had Detective Linda Ardnt on there professing that she "knew" John was the killer the second her body was discovered because they had a "nonverbal exchange". That pretty much tells me everything I need to know about the horrible police work into this case.

The Ramseys were cleared. There was DNA on JonBenet's panties that doesn't match any of the family or friends. They didn't do it.

I can't believe there are still people out there that think they are responsible. Some people will hold on to their beliefs no matter what.

Then they went to an awful lot of trouble staging a kidnap and ransom scene to cover up for whoever did do it!
