I remember a marathon of the Munsters many years ago, advertising that a kid wondered onto the set (back by the staircase) during filming and was left in the footage. Does anyone know which episode this is?

I wanted to locate it in my box sets.

In “Autumn Croakus” a stage hand and chair from the adjoining soundstage can be seen where the kitchen set would normally be visible. It happens at the start of the teaser where Lily is standing next to the staircase. This might be what you're referring to.
