Only rule is that the shows must have been on UPN or WB, not the CW. The only shows that are ok from the CW are ones that were brought by either UPN or WB.

WB-Buffy, Roswell, Gilmore Girls, 7th Heaven...The WB had some good shows. UPN not so much although they stole Buffy and Roswell.

My favorite WB show of all-time was Everwood. We didn't have UPN where I lived.

WB: Kirk, Pinky and the Brain, and Sister Sister (I still hope Kirk: The Entire Series comes-out to DVD.

UPN: Dilbert...that's about it! UPN to me was weak compared to WB.

one of my favorite upn shows was an show called seven days it was about this navy seal guy who gets put in this mental hospital then they recruit him then he goes into this spear that allows him to go back in time for only seven days it was kind of an silly show but i enjoyed it!! i always thought the guy could play gambit in x-men movie if they put gambit in x-men!!

for wb i watched small ville for years on wb show now i watch the flash & Arrow on cw now i enjoy the flash a lot!! its my favorite show right now!! i also used to watch tomorrow people not sure if it was on wb or cw but it was on cw or wb network it was good, even thought it didn't last long i know their is one show i watched on wb it was moon light it was good show i got the complete series on dvd it about this detective who's this vamper he kind of like an super hero it had Alex O'Loughlin who plays in hawaii five o then i also watched birds of prey i still got the complete series it didn't last that long!!
