View Full Version : I plan to start using women's deodorant next week
TVFactFan 10-12-2015, 10:57 PM One of my friends told me he uses women's deodorant because it's not as strong and doesn't make him itch like men's deodorant. And that it smells good and the ladies like it?
Can someone please explain to me what the **** he is talking about? LOL
TVFactFan 10-12-2015, 11:12 PM Hmmmm, I bet some of the "guys" liked it too ;)
Have you heard of men doing this?

IDK!!! I have never heard any men say their deodorant makes them itch! Maybe he just has sensitive under arm skin!
Mace Dolex 10-12-2015, 11:55 PM I always wondered why there are male and female type deodorants, how different a scent is there? Or is because men are stinkier than woman?

LOL!!! I think "Secret" was the first woman's deodorant that went on the market. I remember the commercials as a kid and wondered how much different could men's armpit sweat be from women's?
Mace Dolex 10-13-2015, 12:08 AM My ex-girlfriend said she used men's deodorant because it lasted longer than women's.

Soft N Dry is TERRIBLE. It works like crap and your pits end up stinking in just a couple of hours. Soft N Dry does not go on smooth and it does not work to last long at all. I like Secret powder fresh or tropical scent.
TVFactFan, men's deodorants have a very strong scent while the women's deodorants have more of a flowery scent.

I didn't even know they still made Soft N dri!!!
Remember in the old days the spray deodorants? They don't make them anymore right? Or the roll ons back than were really wet and liquidy. Not like the solid waxy kind that we have now!!! Ban was a good (unisex) roll on deodorant back than!!!;) We don't really have set deodorants we use here. We seem to always buy different kinds. Whatever name brand that is the cheapest at the store were at! !! :) With a shower every day , I find them all nowadays to work pretty well!:)

My dad still uses the original formula of Right Guard spray deodorant. They sell it at drugstores.

Maybe TVFactFan wants to smell pretty.
howierules86 06-08-2017, 07:07 AM Currently, I use Dove Men's Care roll-on deodorant because it feels better on my underarms than any other brand I've used in the past (and I've always preferred the roll-on deodorants over the spray ones).
