Shia LaBeouf has again been arrested (http://www.lipstickalley.com/showthread.php/936767-Shia-LaBeouf-Arrested-Booked-for-Public-Intoxication) for a public display of drunkenness. Variety reports (http://variety.com/2015/scene/news/shia-labeouf-arrested-in-austin-1201615072/) that the actor was arrested at the Austin City Limits music festival for the incident.
According to police, LaBeouf was seen acting strangely in downtown Austin and began running down the street. He then jaywalked directly in front of police officers and was arrested. He was booked for misdemeanor public intoxication.
The actor was arrested back in June at a Broadway showing of Cabaret for drunken behavior. He was ordered to spend three months in treatment and display six months of good behavior in return for the charges being dropped.
