Fans of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit might argue on who their favorite character is, some love Benson, while others miss Stabler, but we can all agree that Ice-T is amazing. Ice has played Detective Odafin Tutuola since 2000 and these last 15 years have been incredible. While Dt. Tutuola has been given serious story lines, like his tumultuous relationship with his son, he’s basically there to provide comedic relief. And he does it so well.
