Kinda curious...

Reading the complaints about the lineups and schedule changes on Nick@Nite and TV Land, has anyone actually called up these networks on the phone and told them their complaints? If so what what did they say?

I remember reading a post awhile back from someone ( I forgot who ) that said that they called up Nick and asked them to put on some show and they ( Nick@Nite ) were NOT very friendly on the phone.

I called up a station once , when I was 10. Its was WBFF-TV 45 in Baltimore. They dropped F-Troop and I was crushed. Called them up and was told that F-Troop was a "stupid show" and they received thousands of complaints about it ( still dont believe it and its been 23 years ago ).

I remember them telling me that I would like F-Troop's 6:30pm replacement, much better class and smarter too. The 6:30 replacement.....Gomer Pyle USMC .

Interesting..When F-Troop appeared on Nick years later and TV Land ever more years later, wasnt as interested in F-Troop. Guess tastes changes when you get older.

Since they don't want to receive emails, why would they want to hear the consumers via phone? I find the TV industry to be amusing because they have "the viewer be damned" attitude.
