"Blue Bloods" Recruits A.J. Buckley to Clash With Jamie Reagan

"CSI: NY" vet A.J. Buckley is returning to the Big Apple, with a visit to "Blue Bloods".
TVLine has learned that Buckley will guest-star on the CBS drama as Sgt. Mulvey, Jamie’s superior at a hostage scene.
Alas, Mulvey rubs young Reagan the wrong way when he barges into the scene, refusing to follow proper protocol and thus putting lives at risk. This, we later learn, marks a pattern for Mulvey, who has a compelling reason for such behavior.
Buckley's episode will air in November.
