Series premiere was the most-watched scripted broadcast debut of summer
CBS has renewed freshman drama “Zoo” for a second season, the network announced Friday.

The next season will broadcast during summer 2016. The premiere episode of “Zoo” attracted 8 million viewers in June, making it the most watched scripted broadcast series premiere of the summer.
