I posted about this show on their Facebook page when they announced ANGIE was coming, but they haven't done business with WB before, so not sure anything will come of it. They only negotiate with CBS currently.

Just curious...did you email or snail mail? What address did you send to ?
I've read a theory (Gail Edwards (https://web.archive.org/web/20110717111954/http://gailedwards.com/), herself backed this up) that IAL is very rarely aired and has never been on DVD because of the music clearance issues from Sonny the pianist's noodling off all kinds of different standards throughout the show. And there's simply not enough demand for the show to make up for the potential cost of clearing the music. Simply put, TV shows need to reach a critical mass of cultural popularity or have a massively devoted fanbase to justify the cost it takes to put them out there. Even when it's just streaming, it's possible the materials need to be remastered, or nobody can be bothered to work out the tangled messes of legalities and ownership (often with things like music rights).
