Episode of F Troop came on, set, of course, in the Reconstruction Era of American history... there was a story of a rock band (I forget their name at the moment, some variation of an insect name) intending to tour Indian reservations. At some point the "U.S. Army Band" appears, and they (with singer Melody Patterson) perform a cover of "Mr. Tambourine Man"... 100 years before Bob Dylan. And do a pretty good version, really, closer to the Byrds (with the ain't).

Anachronistic sitcoms in the mid 1960's desperately tried to appear 'relevant' to the younger generation which was taking over society due to the Vietnam war.

I find this "Bob Dylan" kick they got on, briefly, to be pretty amusing.

"Mr. Tambourine Man" on F Troup, "Blowin' In The Wind" on Gomer Pyle.

No doubt there were others.
