When I watched the (sadly ended) run of the "Patty Duke Show" on Antenna TV, I was struck by how attractive Natalie Lane (Jean Byron) was on the show.

Who would you pick for the best looking TV Mom?

I agree about Natalie Lane being a pretty TV mom.;)
But, for me, Elizabeth Montgomery as Samantha Stephens... especially when you consider the fact that she was actually pregnant twice on the show, first with Tabitha, then with Adam. In real-life, she was the mother of three.

It's funny, but when I think of TV moms, I always think of Florence Henderson, Shirley Jones, or Donna Reed because their sitcoms were more family-oriented, but none of those actresses were actually pregnant during filming their shows like Liz. Only Lucille Ball come to mind. I know Meredith Baxter Birney, Barbara Feldon, and Tina Cole had babies on their shows, but I don't know if the actresses were pregnant in real-life like Liz and Lucy.

Who immediately comes to mind for me is Gloria Henry as Alice Mitchell on Dennis the Menace. She is gorgeous. :)
