In the episode where the basketball breaks Carol's favorite vase, Peter should have "accidentally" dropped the vase on the way to or from the kitchen after putting the flowers in it. Voila, it would've been considered an accident and nobody would have been in trouble. If the kids were shifty enough to concoct the sheme where they each make up their own punishment, they should have been unethical enough to "accidentally" drop the vase.

That's where the famous quote "Mom always said don't play ball in the house" is said. Funny thing Mrs. Brady never actually said don't play ball in the house.

Oddly enough, I don't recall that vase having been used for flowers so maybe Peter's 'technique' wouldn't have worked.

P.S. Don't forget that no matter how 'crafty' the Brady kids tried to be in pulling stuff over on their parents, they ALWAYS managed to get caught by the closing credits- even going so far as to sabotage themselves to do so.

They were eating dinner and Carol wanted the flowers on the table moved to her favorite vase. Peter took it into the kitchen to put the flowers into it.

LOL! Yeah! :D

A funny line from that ep. was when the vase really started sprouting a lot of leaks, Alice says " Anyone have three coins for the fountain"? :D

All I could notice was that it was a god-awful ugly vase to begin with. And it looked cheap. Carol could just go buy another one at Garden Depot!
