Did anyone notice in the new Kool-Aid commercials, the 1st Vivian. She is wearing a green shirt and she has dreads. My friends kept telling me that she was in a commerical and finally I was watching t.v. one day and talking on the phone, really not paying any attention when I noticed that it was her. :happyface

Alf Rocks, what are you talking about the first Vivian never really fit in. She played the role 10 times better than the second one, who to me seemed like she never really fit in. The first woman who played the role portrayed Vivian as a married yet independent woman. The second woman who played the role portrayed Vivian as more dependent than independent.

Oops! my bad, sorry ya'll! I love Fresh Prince, but I dont watch it very often. Ive only seen the 2nd Vivian a couple of times, and I didnt like her. Since I never saw her that much, I assumed she was the 1st one. Sorry, a little mix up!

That's alright Alf Rocks, let me make sure we're on the same page. The first Vivian was dark-skinned and the second one was light-skinned, so your saying you didn't like the light-skinned one or the dark-skinned one.

I liked the first Vivian much better, she was a much better actress and when the second Vivian came along I just stopped watching it. The only episode I watched with the second Vivian was the series finale.

I didn't know Janet Hubert Witten was in a comercial. Cool!

I heard about her being in that particular commercial but haven't seen it. Good for her!

I also love this thread, because when Alf Rocks said he/she was glad the first Vivian was replaced, because the second one was better, we're all like "What?" But of course, it turned out that he/she had made a mistake and thought the second Vivian was the first Vivian! :lol:

But we later found out, that AlfRocks had made a mistake.

I liked the first Vivan better.

I think almost everybody does.
