I'd say Wesley Owens from Mr. Belvedere and Dennis Mitchell from Dennis the menace! But they are cool, them being bratty makes the show better!:D

Ditto about Michelle Tanner. And yes, I'll put Lisa Simpson in there as well. I would like to put Richie Petrie from the Dick Van Dyke show too. Not so much he was a brat, just the fact he always seemed to be yelling loudly or whining.
