Have you ever held onto something that others have told you to throw out because you haven't used it in awhile? Then something happens and you're thankful that you didn't throw it out after all?

That happened to me this morning. My dark outdoor glasses broke Thursday and I can't go outside without them because of my eye condition, Aniridia. I looked in my closet on the top shelf. I came across a pair of indoor sunglasses that I got in September 2000 after an eye surgery. They are much, much lighter so they don't have the protection I need, however, when combined with another pair of indoor sunglasses, I can "make do", I hope, until my new outdoor glasses that have been ordered arrive between August 23-August 25th.

Certain things are a good idea to hold onto. You just never know.

i hang on to way too much stuff I should throw out - the problem is I can never find it again.

so I end up buying a new one, and then when I am done with it I look to put it away somewhere where I will be sure to find it next time - and that's where I locate the other one I was looking for, so I just add it to the pile.

In my bedroom I have a twin deck cassette player that I hang onto thinking some day I MAY need it to use for I have about 200 cassettes of music I taped from the radio. It would be nice to dub to another new medium but I hear it can be time consuming to do. Then I have a VCR that sits in the room for the same reason. I have a few home VCR video tapes of family moments.

YES!!! Too much stuff! I seriously think my hubby and I are both borderline hoarders!

I usually throw away stuff I don't want.. But my Mom is another story. She has boxes of clothes in her attic from the 1970's. She was keeping them all of these years in the event that she loses enough weight to get back into them! Time is running short though. She is 86 years old!

There are many people who don’t have much knowledge about sunglasses. When people were not aware about sunglasses for wholesale, many people selected to go for cheap low priced sunglasses.A lot of people used to wear were cheaply priced sunglasses when there was not much awareness about the Wholesale Sunglasses (http://www.citysunglass.com/) .

I just recently had the opposite problem. I had to replace a watch band that I had only bought a few months ago. It should not have broken so soon, but of course I'd thrown out the receipt so I couldn't try to ask them for my money back. I am definitely holding on to the receipt from the new one.

That's why I have two houses.
