I wouldn't say it's the best time of the year, but it sure beats the heck out of summer. I don't have to worry about 100° weather and everything else. I do agree with you about better programming though. It seems you have more options to choose from in the fall. Plus, New shows are debuting, that gives you a plethora of tv shows to choose from. Oh yeah, one more thing I like about fall: No more allergies. They make me miserable all summer long, I'm glad to get rid of them for the seasons.

In the summer it's just a short sleeve shirt and shorts LOL

For me, women dress better in winter. Nothing too inappropriate. While during the summer, I tend to see them wearing shorts that barely cover their a**, shirts or t-shirts that are WAY to small,And. Women also tend to expose too much skin during the summer months. Its like please cover up a bit.
Ain't no-one want a see that.

Well, I'm too old and big for that! But heck, I still wear shorts, it's HOT, long pants and jeans in the summer, you feel like you are melting!!!Not real short though! I can't show all that much anymore!:D But within reason if a girl has a nice body and she isn't showing TOO much skin it is cool! But if it's ALL hanging out ,that isn't good. Keep it in good taste!;)

Well I kind of lied. I like it when girls wear sexy clothing in the summer! Alongs if you don't take it too far. Then it just becomes unattractive.

Not me, I hate fall. I think it's a depressing season. It's a signal that winter is approaching. Days keep getting shorter, weather starts getting colder, leaves on bushes and trees turn color and drop off, by the end of November everything looks bare and dead. Then comes winter which is the worst season of all, with the freezing cold, snow and ice to deal with. Winter is an absolutely miserable season and is easily the worst time of year. I'm always glad when the calendar page turns to March. It means winter is nearly over and spring is almost here. Spring is a happy time of year. It's like a rebirth. Days are getting longer, weather gets warmer, bushes and trees show life again and sprout new leaves. That's what I like.

The only thing I don't like about spring and summer is when bad thunderstorms come with a threat of tornadoes. Otherwise, March thru August is my favorite time of year.

You should live in Florida, California, Nevada or Arizona! ;)

As I said that is one of the things I miss about being out here, is the pretty fall season. But I don't miss the winter at AT ALL!!!! A snowfall is beautiful, but when it lingers and you get trapped inside in blizzards, and driving is dangerous! And I just couldn't deal with freezing cold weather anymore, after being away from it for 30 years!

Only thing I don't like about fall, no matter where I am, is it brings memories of summer ending and going back to school as a kid! But I like that it cools off from the very hot summer! ;)

How can you not like blizzards? You get stay in the house, read a good book, watch classic tv shows, eat comfort food, it's great! The only thing I don't like about blizzards are when the power goes out and your freezing cold. Other than that, I love blizzards

I remember a snow day we had when I was in high school in 1967. We had a huge blizzard which shut down everything! The bad thing was that it happened on a Thursday evening and we got cheated out of at least three snow days We got Friday off but by Monday morning the buses were moving again. I remember that we had so much snow that winter that in July there were still some traces of snow in the woods which the sun didn't melt. That was weird! We very rarely get blizzards in Michigan but we do get several inches of snow . It doesn't bother me at all as long as I don't have to go out in it!:frosty:

OH SHOOT!!!! A shame the blizzard didn't start on a Monday!:(

I remember if it was a Sunday evening or a weekday evening and the snow was really coming down! We (my siblings and I) would be all excited!:) We just KNEW the schools would be closed! We'd be all hyper and jumping around and stuff! But we never would know till the next morning when they would announce if the schools were opened on the radio! My Mom would be like "You kids need to calm down and get ready for bed, cause you don't know, the school could be open and you will be tired tomorrow if you don't get to bed soon"!!! :D
