Really getting into this show and all the characters remind me of the Fresh Prince characters

The dad is a thin Uncle Phil
The mom acts like Vivian
Alex is Carlton
Mallory is Hilary
Jennifer is Ashley

And the youngest son who comes later is baby Nicky:lol:

This Fresh Prince is about rich family that takes place in Bel-Air and has luxurious home, but Family Ties setting take place in Ohio and they're not living in rich house. They live in regular house, just like Full House.

I don't see any similarities at all. The father on Family Ties (Steven) is super liberal/democrat while Uncle Phil is a republican.
Mallory is kind of ditzy but she is nowhere near as superficial as Hillary.
Also, the Keatons are middle class. The Banks family are rich. Their kids are very spoiled. Nobody is spoiled on Family Ties.
I fail to see the connection.
