2 doctors are very cute so they stand out, plus the nurse that becomes Alicia Florrik is obvious to me. The rest of the cast seems sort of blah, and the show seems sort of dark and old.

What am I missing? It ran for so many seasons, why don't I love it?

Everyone likes different things, there's lots of shows that ran many seasons I don't like.

I'm definitely in with you on that one! That's one of the worst shows I've ever heard of.
