I was waiting for the bus and someone in a car told me that my picture was taken.

Should I be worried or if it's online, I should get royalties?

i don't think you can do much about it - legally Facebook already owns your face online - the only thing you can do is have your camera/phone ready so you can take their picture and then post it on Garbagesluts.com untill they agree to take your picture down.

Great...and with drones starting to pop throughout...I might as well be a shut-in!

Although it is perfectly legal to take photos of anyone and everyone in a PUBLIC SPACE, in New York if you don't ask permission, or offer a reasonable sum of cash on the spot before you take that shot. . . . .you may become the victim of a mob beatdown.

Thats one reason I dont go out anymore,I DONT WANT MY PRIVACY COMPROMISED BY THE SHEEP OF TODAY!! (99% of everyone has those spying gadgets now (with cameras))

Was it a diner waitress that took your photo?
