I just tried to goto www.webmastersforum.org and got a 404 message! (That domain isnt assigned)

I just tried again and this time got the site..... EVER SINCE THEY CHANGED THE DNS SERVERS THIS HAPPENS ALOT!!!! (I enter a URL and and comes up invalid the first time (Didnt happen before they me$$ed with how dns servers work a couple years ago))
