Another "Unsolved Mysteries" fugitive is off the streets! The official UM Facebook page just posted this article where Frank Montenegro Jr. was recently captured in Los Angeles.

I had always hoped he'd be caught. Glad that it finally happened. Justice is served.

I really have nothing to add to the conversation except, as many have already, said, "Thank God!"

I do wonder about statute of limitations, y'know, what can we prosecute this guy for? Because he needs to be prosecuted for something.
