GREAT!!! It'll be interesting to read about the show from the point of view of it's creator. I have THE DICK VAN DYKE SHOW: ANATOMY OF A CLASSIC which is very good.

I hope it'll be available for download on Kindle.

Carl was plugging the book on CONAN Thursday night, but I haven't watched it yet.

It's an oversize book with lots of big pictures. I decided to buy it because the Random Content website says it has 'limited availability.' It doesn't look like this book will see a wide release, via Amazon or B&N. This video is the only look at the book I've found:

It's a shame this book isn't getting a wider release. I believe anything with Carl's name on it would sell and his books have always been a joy to read.
