My favorite BBQ item is Farmer Sausage! I'll also eat a burger or chicken. I'll eat a hot dog too.

My second choice would be other! Carne Asada, and cook some tortillas and make tacos !!!

I actually made it for a church gathering. We had a hot dog dinner, so I made macaroni salad and baked beans. Then we went to see the Cleveland Indians win against the Minnesota Twins, there was a great fireworks/laser show at the end.

Yum...I love Carne Asada tacos; that would be my first choice after BBQ chicken on a bed of white rice, and a simple salad with slices avocados on top on the side.


YES!!!! Also a big pot of pinto beans and Mexican/Spanish rice are so good at a BBQ with Carne Asada! :happyface

I prefer beer...and when I make Tex-Mex Food, I'll add beer in the chili, taco meat, and Black Beans.

I may make a mole and it will have beer cooked into it.
