My daughter just recently finished her degree in Marine Biology and was just notified that she received the job of a Habitat Restoration and Compliance Specialist for a company in Sacramento, California. I am so excited for her and also a little saddened as she will be moving out west so far away from me. She starts the job at the end of September so she will be busy getting an apartment and moving in.

It will be hard that I will be on the East Coast and she on the West Coast, but we will make sure we see each other throughout the year. She is an only child so that makes it even harder.

Yes, it will be tough but my Hubby and I are already planning on going out to California when I am on Winter Vacation from Teaching.
