i don't think theirs a been a show i watch where somebody get's framed for a crime they didn't commit than the actual criminal get's away with it.

Sue Ellen was a jerk for not clearing peter's name and she was the only one who knew those drugs were planted by JR

Also i don't know if their were drugs that JR planted in peter's vehicle or not or something else JR planted there,after all i haven't seen this episode since Spike TV was TNN

but i remember it was jr framing peter for something in retaliation for being with Sue Ellen. it's a shame that they didn't know it was a frame, and that he had to have a long term sentence for something he didn't do.

Edit : nevermind their has been, somebody got away with killing some lady on gunsmoke than the one who got framed for it was hunged. it was an episode where one of the actors who would later be jamie cartwright on the lost seasons of bonaza
