I'm far from being a wrestling fan but I used to watch WWF with my son in the early'80s. Roddy Piper was one of my favorites. May he rest in peace.:(

In the late '70's, he would turn up on All Star Wrestling, from Vancouver.

I have never been a Wrestling fan, but I have definitely heard of this guy before as he has also been in movies in his lifetime. Another life lost way too early at 61 years old. What is very suspicious to me about these Wrestlers is a lot of them seem to die at a young age. I really wonder if steroid use is part of the reason these athletes/entertainers die so young? May he Rest in Peace.

Roddy Piper is gonna be missed. I was a devout Piper fan in the days of Vince Mcmahon SRs WWF. Before JR took it over and while he was a broadcaster. I still remember Wrestlemania 1. Hulk Hogan with MR. T and Jimmy superfly snuka at their side VS Rowdy Roddy Piper and MR Wonderful Paul Orndorf. and Cowboy Bob Orton, Randy Orton's Dad, at their side. It was also I believe the first aired segment of Pipers Pit. R.I.P. My frtiend
