"The Mindy Project" Casts Ajay Mehta and Sakina Jaffrey as Mindy's Folks

"Mindy Project" fans, now we know who’s on the other side of the door Danny knocked on in the Season 3 finale.

Ajay Mehta (Royal Pains) and Sakina Jaffrey (House of Cards) have been cast as Dr. Lahiri’s parents, E! online reports.


"The Mindy Project" will return later this year on Hulu.
