"The Mindy Project": Freida Pinto To Woo ... Danny?

"The Mindy Project" has tapped Freida Pinto to guest-star for its Hulu debut, EW has learned exclusively.
Pinto (Slumdog Millionaire, Rise of the Planet of the Apes) will play a version of herself that Danny is dating in an alternate reality.
"The Mindy Project’s" season premiere is inspired by the 1998 film Sliding Doors, exploring what Mindy’s life would be like if she wasn’t with Danny, but married to another man (Joseph Gordon-Levitt).
Season 4 will debut on Hulu later this year.
