That's true huh. Wouldn't really happen that quickly ! Well same way as Ann, who never worked a day in her life, had no job training or college. And she was able to land good jobs right off the bat of being divorced and on her own and shortly became a big ad executive! LOL!!! :lol:

It depends. I'm sure there are plenty of banks willing to lend money to a new dentist to start their practice. Dentists are always in need, so it's low risk for a bank to make a loan.

Yeah, maybe the bank CEO had a toothache the day Mark came into to apply for a loan and his own dentist was out of town so he hurriedly bankrolled the office for Mark JUST so Mark could treat him ASAP! :wink2:
