NBC’s 30 Rock starred the hilarious and witty Tina Fey as Liz Lemon, an NBC writer for a network show featuring Tracy Morgan and Jenna Maroney (Jane Krakowski). Meanwhile, network executive Jack Donaghey (Alec Baldwin) breathes down Liz’s neck and forces her to change the show’s concept and characters on a whim. Lemon’s job is to keep the actors from going off the deep end, the writers happy, and Jack from tearing the whole show apart. 30 Rock enjoyed tremendous success with 16 Emmy wins and 112 nominations.
