I live in what use to be a small Central California Valley farm town with one of the smallest CSU universities available.
It use to be a town of less than 10,000 when I was a kid. Now it is much bigger, yet not huge.
On the way home from the store this morning, I notice that they had repainted the lines on the street and even the crosswalks. I am not sure how to explain the new crosswalks other than they looked similar to this. http://www.rochestercitynewspaper.com/rochester/ImageArchives?oid=2261082
These are intersections that are almost as small as the intersections that the Cleavers would have had at their neighborhood crossings.
It just seem that the crossings were over done and made it seem like a whole lot of traffic was going to becoming down the street. Made me sad that small town is gone and big town must be right around the corner.
Made me feel like putting in disc one from season one and start watching when the world was so small a second grader could walk himself to school and uptown.
