"Arrow" Casts Anarky

On the heels of Echo Kellum joining "Arrow" as Mr. Terrific, it has been announced that Alexander Calvert (Bates Motel, The Returned) has been cast as Anarky, a DC Comics villain most often pitted against Batman.

"Arrow" Season 4 premieres Wednesday, Oct. 7th on The CW.
