3:00PM "Runaway Kid" Opie befriends a runaway boy (Pat Rosson) and then refuses to answer Andy's questions about him because Andy made him promise never to betray someone's trust.
3:30PM "Bringing up Opie"
Aunt Bee believes Opie's frequent visits to the sheriff's office are negatively affecting him, so she forbids him to visit Andy at work.
4:00PM "A Medal for Opie"
Barney becomes Opie's track coach, after Ope sets his sights on winning a medal in a 50-yard-dash competition at the Sheriff's Boys' Day race
4:30PM "The Battle of Mayberry"
Opie uncovers the true and not-so-spectacular story behind the historic Battle of Mayberry when he writes an essay on the subject.
