LEROY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He was too damm cool, funny, and a good dancer and it;s a shame he couldn;t be Fred's side kick instead of goofy ass grady.

Leroy OWNED every scene he was in on the show.

Yep, Grady was very goofy, but Bubba was cool. I liked him a lot. I did like Leroy too. He was also a cool character.

I don't know why Leroy and skillet weren't in more episodes. And that fast fanny episode is what really showcased his talents. (Leroy)And Bubba VERY underrated. When Bubba made that speech about Fred being in business for 35 years, I was like "Dang, Bubba got some public speaking skills!", it came natural. They should have given Bubba a storyline, because that would have really showcased his acting.

Grady was alright, but he was way overused. Less is a lot more, especially in Grady's case. But like you, I wanted to see more of Leroy and Bubba. Skillet was alright too, but he was used to played off of Leroy.

I LOVED Grady!!! He was SO funny and goofy! And the actor Whitman Mayo was a relatively young man when he played Grady! That is good acting talent, playing a senior citizen when you are only 40 something! Grady was funny, he just seemed like he was on some crazy medication or drinking too much Ripple or something! But the character was so funny and likable! And like I said, a man that wasn't really that old playing an old man, that was COOL!!!

If I was Lamont I would have kicked his old ass LOL LOL

I am trying to imagine being a 34 year old and some old goofball telling me what I can't do:lol:

Lamont put up with a lot of sh*t for a grown man ! Even from his own Dad, Fred. I mean you love your Father and all , but he was a grown man and he shouldn't have even had to answer to Fred that much anymore let alone Grady! Lamont was too easy going and laid back!

Say What? Whitman Mayo was my age (I am 45) when he was playing Grady? Wow, I give him some credit then, because I thought he was much, much older!

Yep! He was born in 1930! So he was only in his 40's when he was on Sanford and Son! AMAZING!! He DID look and seem like an old man huh? Like Vicky Lawrence on Mama's family! That takes a talent to play a character that isn't your real age! ;)

God, I wished that they actually filmed an episode of Lamont kicking Grady in his goofy ass. :D

If I was Lamont when he put that rifle in Lamont;s nose, I would have snapped and lost it:lol:
