Marlene/AKA Penny Lane was one of the first people to befriend me here too ! On the Good looking men thread! LOL!!! At first I thought she and another girl posting there didn't like me? IDK why? Because both have become really good friends to me here! Like I was a new girl at school and I was hoping they would like me ! LOL!!!

Looking back, I really don't know why I would feel that way, Marlene is such a sweet, warm person. I think it was me. I was shy I guess and afraid maybe I was posting too much and coming on too strong or something! Because on other message forums sometimes new people aren't real welcome and I was surprised how friendly people were to me right away here!

Yes Bonnie, This is a very unique forum! So glad that you decided to join us! Oh sure we've had quarrels like the infamous Nancy McKeon wars(before your time!) Arguments about how great or how bad Nancy is as an actress. Sometimes it would get pretty ugly!:lol: But that's long gone now. Thanks for the compliments! It means a lot to me!:wave:
