In at least one third season ep the actress who plays Nurse Kelley is referred to in the closing credits as having played Nurse Charlie. Probably a mistake. Too bad they never made a mistake and identified a character in the show as Kim II Sung (the mass-murderer of North Korea who started the Korean War).
