In this program, I loved the parents, especially Red and Kitty. Kurtwood Smith is a treasure and he deserves more accolades. The actress who played Kitty was awesome too. Then there were Donna's parents, Bob and Midge. I even liked Bob's "ugly" second girlfriend after Midge left. Sort of an Aunt Esther type to Red Foreman. But the Red/Kitty-Bob/Midge scenes were classic (like when Bob ripped off the toupee to show he was bald, or when poor Red on his birthday had to sit an uncomfortable birthday dinner out with Bob and Midge and their "dates

Of the kids, Danny Masterson as Hyde was my favorite. He and I have the same birthday although I am nine years older than him. Read not too long ago that he is actually a very successful businessman, owning one or several clubs around LA, so he seemed to have invested well. Happy about that, because he seemed to have fallen off the radar, and have always thought he was much better than the other young actors. I also liked Topher Grace and wish he was in more stuff. I don't dislike Ashton Kutcher, but why him and not Masterson or Kutcher? Kutcher sort of shot himself in the foot with leaving the show a year early causing a "shark jump" and I have not seen any of his movies (or Kutcher's other work).

But, Kurtwood Smith was the star of the show to me.
