Is there a version of the complete series that has single-sided discs? I hate the original double-sided discs.

UGH! Me too. Doubled sided discs have such a cheap a** feel to them. All my Rebs's are double sided BUT double-sided is better than nothing at all.

Not only that but one of my double sided discs wouldn't play 3 of the episodes on there. I had to then copy them myself from TV broadcasts, which means not uncut versions. Most disappointing in the shoddy quality of those Universal double sided discs. Had similar problem with a Universal double sided McMillan & Wife disc, 1 episode wouldn't play, also happened on Universal double sided Kojak season 1 disc, several episodes wouldn't play. What was up with Universal, they couldn't make a decent DVD?:mad:
