I know it's "just a show," but it's really much more to me than that. They may be just fictional, but I get attached to characters. They become a part of your life, and after all, art imitates life. I'm so glad that I got seven seasons out of this show, but it still breaks my heart that it's over after tonight. It's a show that I'll never, ever forget. Just wearing my "Nurse Jackie" shirt to comic con generated a lot of reaction. My favorite being Robert Englund (Freddy Krueger) stopping to chat with me about the show for a minute!

Edie Falco, Merritt Wever, Anna Deavere Smith, Peter Facinelli, Eve Best, Dominic Fumusa, Betty Gilpin, Stephen Wallem, and everyone else who was part of the cast are part of a class of actors that are just better than the rest. It's amazing to me that they were somehow all brought together in outstanding chemistry to create the brilliance that is "Nurse Jackie."

I saw the last season on netflix & I must say they must not have put too much effort into writing a creative season. Big huge difference between season 1-2 & 6-7 .... :o
