Episode 424 was the most rewarding episode of PLL I’ve written since I penned the pilot. It’s rare to have a full-circle moment in the process and that’s what the episode was for me. It provided closure to stories I introduced four years earlier.

That was as satisfying for me as it was for the fans. In a show that introduces so many questions, the answer episodes come easy because we know the answers when we begin the stories.
