View Full Version : The Cop in the episode..."Farewell, My Suite" was so damm annoying
TVFactFan 06-08-2015, 11:47 PM Not only he is showing up at the apartment late but when he gets there he is trying to hit on Barbara instead of helping Ann with the robbery. And Barbara was no better talking about she got a date with the cop showing no concern for all the stuff that was stolen
Even fictional cops piss me off LOL
BTW: barbara was kind of SLUTTY in this episode trying to get a date with 2 different guys LOL
Wawwie 06-09-2015, 12:32 AM Barbara did seem a bit trampy in this episode. She walked the insurance guy to the elevator the same way she did with the cop.
ThomasE 06-09-2015, 12:32 AM She was not slutty...she was flirtatious. I kept thinking "Man, she is sooooo cute" as she flirted with the cop and insurance adjuster. I thought she was so hott!

JoshLarson24 06-09-2015, 01:33 PM You guys really ruin the show when you use words like "thirsty" and "slutty" because that is not how these great characters deserve to be described as.
Yes Barbara was flirting a bit but that's what she did. She was known for being a cute little flirt. She was never highly sexual so let's not use such negative terms for women.

See now that is what I am talking about! She didnt come off as dirty to me. Those were her feminine wiles kicking in and me being a dude, I loved it! Plus, she was cute. Lol.

It was flirting when it was one guy. When it became two guys she became "thirsty"
 :
Ann could have used Barbara to get $10, 000 from the insurance guy. Hey, on Sunday she was willing to pimp out one of her friends to help Schneider" recover", so apparently her morals were off in this period :)

I love Barbara as much as the next guy (heck, 95% of my posts here will be Barbara/Valerie centered), but sometimes we must channel our inner Julie and take her down a peg or two.
Bonniegirl 06-09-2015, 07:42 PM Well Wawwie and myself were just joking, we were quoting that old 2 Live crew song , "Me so horny"!:D

For a guy who hangs out at sitcom message board, he does seem surprisingly serious. But I still like to read his posts.
Bonniegirl 10-03-2015, 01:01 AM BUMP!!!
Here we go!! I found it!!!! I'm LOL-ing reading back the stuff we wrote months ago!!!
And Barbara wasn't being sl*tty, she was just a normal young woman who had two men flirting with her, and she was making the best of a bad situation with the robbery by flirting!!
Hey!!! I remember back when I was younger and hot , flirting was FUN no matter what the circumstance!!!
Anna Karenina 07-07-2017, 09:52 PM I love Barbara as much as the next guy (heck, 95% of my posts here will be Barbara/Valerie centered), but sometimes we must channel our inner Julie and take her down a peg or two.
I totally agree with his sentiment. ;)
