I didn't see season 1.
Season 2 - I would have went with Tatianna
Season 3 - Agree, MANILLA LUZON should have won! He is gorgeous!
Season 4 - I would have picked Chad Michaels.

Cruzanna Mariner is a very cool name. And you shouldn't be afraid. If you have enough confidence in yourself, then you can at least try. I bet a lot of the queens had many fears in the beginning, but they did audition once they got the nerve. Some of them can't even sew. If you can sew, that would be a plus.

I've been doing drag for a few years but not on a regular basis. I'm very limited on my wigs and wardrobe but I have a few things. If I went on the show I'd need to get rich quick to afford all those sequins lol. I've been told I do a terrific job and I actually have more confidence in drag than I do out of drag but I still love myself and respect myself both ways. And I'm so tired of people asking if I want to be a woman...NO...I'm happy being a man but I enjoy being creative with paint and material once in awhile.

^^^^ It is good that you are comfortable in your own skin. I don't blame you for getting fed up with people asking you if you want to be a woman. Plenty of men are fine with being men who are cross dressers. It's good to know that you are okay with yourself. That's a great start if you ever want to audition. You will need that confidence!
And it doesn't matter too much if you don't have a lot of money for couture, wigs, etc. Remember, "Adore" didn't have a lot and Bianca Del Rio would sometimes lend him his waist cinchers and whatnot.

Yes, I liked Kandy Ho except for the beard but she explained at the finale that she only started painting her own face when she started the show. She looked fab at the finale!

Kandy Ho did look great at the finale. I liked how months ago in the previews, he was sucking a lollipop and said "I'm a real BITCH." :lol: I liked him a lot... didn't want to see him go.

Well, like I said, right now it doesn't look like there's going to be a season 9. But good for him, it takes a really talented person to pull off drag. Drag Race has really made me appreciate the art of drag. Meeting the queens in person has been terrific as well, everything from getting hugged by BenDeLaCreme to getting hit on by Detox, lol.

I also find drag to be an art and it does take a lot of confidence and talent to do what they do. I've enjoyed watching some of the queen's night club acts on the web videos. So many talented queens!
I would love to be hugged by a sweetheart like Ben DeLaCreme and I wouldn't mind being hit on by Morgan McMichaels or Manilla Luzon, but I doubt that would ever happen since I'm a female. I think a lot of queens are gorgeous and talented, but I have to admit that I always found Morgan and Manilla to be "hot" in or out of drag! :) :D

You should look up their individual tour schedules. There could be a place in your area that regular hosts them as well. Most of them seem to really enjoy meeting their fans, and the shows are a blast to attend. I've only really heard a few bad stories about Alaska, but I had no issue when I met her...of course she did seem stoned out of her mind, lol.

I have never been too fond of Alaska. Back when he was on Drag Race, I thought he was really obnoxious in a lot of ways especially when he insisted on dancing around naked in the work room. I think it was Jiggly Caliente who said "I really don't wanna look at this bitch's dick." :lol:

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Manila Luzon! I'm pretty sure he lives in New York City, and I'm in NY every day, but I've never run into him. :(

The one night club seems to be getting at least one queen per month. Ginger Minj will be there on the 19th, which I'm pretty sure I'll attend. They also had Darienne Lake this weekend for pride weekend, but I didn't go. There's also a promoter who puts on events 3-4 times a year with multiple queens per show, which is the season 7 show I posted the photo of. Bianca's "Rolodex of Hate" tour came here as well, but I couldn't justify spending $50+ per ticket for just one queen, even if it was a winner. MI is Michigan.

Ginger once again proved why she should have won this past season. Last week she was diagnosed with pneumonia, but improved a bit to where it is now bronchitis. And she STILL went on with her shows, and was amazing and still completely at the top of her game. She didn't want to disappoint her fans by cancelling shows. During the meet and greet, she remembered my fiance and I from the previous times we had met. So I'll say it again...the real winner of season 7 is GINGER MINJ!

^^^ Ginger Minj is really a class act. It is so cool that he remembered you and your fiancé. He is so gorgeous, full of life, funny, classy and sophisticated. I agree, Ginger is the true winner.
