Frank Whaley Joins "Under the Dome"

Frank Whaley (Ray Donovan, Gotham) has been cast in a recurring role on the third season of CBS’ summer drama series "Under the Dome", from Amblin TV and CBS TV Studios.

He will play Dr. Marston, a brilliant doctor and scientist with questionable motives.
