Marcus Welby, M.D.: Compelling and holds up well. Elena Verdugo deserved a spinoff. http://www.fiftiesweb.com/tv/marcus-verdugo.jpg 2. Emergency: Episodes guest-starring Ronne Troup send my hormones into orbit. http://www.emergencyfans.com/episodes/BodyLanguage2.jpg 3. M*A*S*H 4. Scrubs 5. Dr. Quinn: The hottest female doctor in TV history. http://pmcdn.priceminister.com/photo/Dr-Quinn-Jane-Seymour-Joe-Lando-292758998_ML.jpg 6. Empty Nest: A memorable sitcom. Spent lots of hours watching. 7. Trapper John, M.D.: Haven't seen it in many years, but used to be a regular viewer. Pernell Roberts' work is always worthwhile. 8. Quincy: Worth a look. Bonniegirl 05-24-2015, 12:13 AM OMG!!! I can't believe I didn't think of it before!!! Just watched this earlier!!! Doogie Howser M.D.!!!! Bonniegirl 08-24-2015, 01:46 PM Emergency! is my favorite medical show. I also like Ben Casey and Medical Center. I don't think I have ever seen Ben Casey? It ran from 1961-1966 , I was kind of young. I think my folks probably watched it? I guess I was in bed already! :) And I can't remember ever seeing it in reruns? bgva 08-24-2015, 03:53 PM St. Elsewhere Scrubs Quincy Patty Duke 08-24-2015, 04:52 PM St. Elsewhere Emergency! Rewinder 08-29-2015, 02:42 AM Emergency After MASH St Elsewhere Coffeecup 08-30-2015, 09:22 PM In the last 15 years I did watch Body of Proof. I think that was the name of the show that Dana Delany starred as a medical examiner. and there was that Mamie Gummer show that lasted about month. Other than those 2, my likes go back to the 60's and 70's with Ben Casey, Dr Kildare, Trapper John, Medical Center, Marcus Welby and Quincy. CueTheLaughTrack 08-31-2015, 10:01 PM House The early seasons were good to watch for drama, the later ones were good for soapy nonsense/unintentional laughs. |
