It was on Friday night. 2 parter where Julie joins the band, and the sisters fight over a guy. I was trying to find the name of Julie's audition song(not the one at the end after they make up). Anyone know it?

Reviews, recaps, message boards, that sort of thing. It shut down. Previously.tv is kind of its sequel. Bonniegirl 05-17-2015, 01:08 AM The band was weak, Julie's singing wasn't so great! But the story was good, and Doug, the guy the girls were fighting over was pretty hot! Anna Karenina 05-17-2015, 12:57 PM Am I the only one who actually LIKED Julie's singing?:happyface Her voice was reminiscent of Rod Stewart and his raspy tones. I liked her spunky delivery too. Say what you will but she was a better singer than a clothes designer.;) I got the music in me.:) I got the music in me.:) I got the music in me!!!:p Greg Evigan...whoah! So good looking, I can see why they both fought over him. Although his character was kind of a jerk who gave Barbie mixed messages. opus 05-17-2015, 01:15 PM I got the music in me.:) I got the music in me.:) I got the music in me!!!:p Still looking for the name of Julies audition song. C'mon, you guys. TVFactFan 05-17-2015, 02:04 PM Only someone on drugs would choose that Julie over Barbara:lol: Bonniegirl 05-17-2015, 03:25 PM Only someone on drugs would choose that Julie over Barbara:lol: Funny thing was, in real life Barbara /Valerie Bertinelli ended up marrying a rock star , Eddie Van Halen! ;) Bonniegirl 05-17-2015, 03:30 PM Am I the only one who actually LIKED Julie's singing?:happyface Her voice was reminiscent of Rod Stewart and his raspy tones. So good looking, I can see why they both fought over him. Although his character was kind of a jerk who gave Barbie mixed messages. It wasn't so much her singing or her voice. That was fine. I didn't like the songs she sang. I never liked that" I got the music in me" song. :( I feel nobody could sing that song well! Did you know Greg Evigan played one of the Dads on "My two Dad's" in the 80's along with Paul Reiser. He was a hotty! ;) http://img2.mtime.com/mg/2010/13/398e319a-be3d-44af-9f1f-a6239a607b2d.jpg DJM77 05-17-2015, 05:53 PM Did you know Greg Evigan played one of the Dads on "My two Dad's" Yeah, he was in BJ And The Bear too. http://cf.mp-cdn.net/8f/07/b3f72fbdf5f8808822814557673d.jpg Torgo 05-17-2015, 06:09 PM Greg was also on the short lived 70's series A Year at the Top with Paul Shaffer, both playing rock musicians. There was potential in her voice. Maybe some things she needed to work on but it was actually pretty good. I know she played the role of a singing mom on the Disney series "So Weird" for three seasons beginning in 1999. She played Molly. opus 09-08-2015, 03:17 PM -Rewatch Julie and Greg Evigan rock out tonight, for a full hour -This was my virgin post here, not including the one I did in 2003 (don't ask), so thanks for being gentle. -Someone at my other board knew the first song. It's called "I'll Never Leave Without You" -"I Got the Music in Me" is Kiki Dee, so this is the second time Julie was Kiki Dee, the first being the Elton John duet. Bonniegirl 09-08-2015, 04:07 PM Oh cool!!! That is on tonight?? Great! I just saw Greg Evigan on Matlock about a week ago! And I was thinking of this ODAAT Jealousy ep.! Bonniegirl 09-09-2015, 12:26 AM That really was a week, lame band though! 1960'sTVfan 09-09-2015, 10:15 AM Watched these episodes last night. I didn't know there was an episode that focused on Julie singing. Yea the band was weak, I didn't like Julie's singing either. But then again, I'm not a Julie fan anyway. And speaking of singing, the show's theme song, "This Is It", it's a good song, but the women who are singing it, I don't know who they are, but I don't like their singing either. The accent in their voices annoys me. Bonniegirl 04-28-2016, 03:58 PM Bumping this thread up! Since we are talking about this ep. on the A-Z thread today! opus 04-28-2016, 05:26 PM Hey, my very first post here (not counting the one in 2001). And wawwie was the first person I talked to. That I didn't remember. Looking at the times, Bonnie was about 2 hours away (where were you?!), Anna about 12. And I seemed, for the most part, somewhat normal. Who knew?
