No, Jerry chose to end the show when he did, so that they could go out on top. Why spoil that with a reunion film. Most reunion shows are nothing like the actual series and sort of ruin the series for fans.

That being said, I think a retrospective special on the show would be perfect. Just not an actual tv movie.
